On receipt of the duly filled up application form along with the necessary enclosures consisting of :
- Photocopies of High school & Intermediate (self attested)
- Character Certificate.
- 6 Passport size Photograph.
- 4 self stamped (Rs. 5/- ) envelopes.
- Certificates (if any ) of merit & achievement.
Notes :-
- The Fee should be paid strictly with in time specified i.e. on the first working day of each installment month. (The institute will not be responsible for any postal delay.)
- A receipt of all fee paid must be obtained from the office by the payee.
- The fee paid once are not refundable and not transferable in any condition.
- The institute reserve the right to accept or deny admission to any candidate without assigning any reason whatsoever.
